L’installazione al neon riporta fedelmente un frammento del filosofo Eraclito: la natura ama nascondersi. Si tratta di uno statement dell’artista rispetto al proprio lavoro e allo sguardo laterale che egli è solito adottare. Ma l’aforisma costituisce al tempo stesso un rinnovato quesito rispetto al posizionamento dell’uomo contemporaneo nei confronti della natura. L’artista invita infatti lo spettatore a domandarsi da chi la natura intenderebbe nascondersi; perché essa non voglia manifestarsi nella sua nudità; quali strumenti adotti per celarsi, ma soprattutto a chi spetterebbe il compito di svelarla.

The neon installation faithfully reflects a fragment of the philosopher Heraclitus: Nature loves to hide. It is a statement of the artist in relation to his work and the sideways glance that he usually adopts. The aphorism is both a renewed question of the position that takes the contemporary man to nature. The artist invites the viewer to question from whom nature intends to hide, why it does not want to manifest itself in its nakedness; which tools it adopts to hide, but especially who would have the task to reveal it.
